Personalised outreach to your HubSpot contacts, written and sent by AI — with every draft waiting for your approval by default.
ChatTuesday writes and sends personalised outreach to your HubSpot contacts, then handles the replies.
You describe what you want to say in plain language — "check in with trial users who haven't booked a demo" — pick who it goes to and how often, and the AI drafts a separate message for each contact using what your CRM knows about them. By default every draft waits in an approval queue for you to read, edit or discard before anything is sent.
When someone replies, the AI can answer in the same thread, recommend a product from your catalogue, log the exchange back onto the contact, or hand the conversation to you when it needs a person.
HubSpot is optional. You can build contact lists inside ChatTuesday — by hand, from a CSV, or from an existing contact group — and run campaigns with no CRM connected at all. Connecting HubSpot adds two things: you can send to a HubSpot list directly, and the AI sees each contact's CRM record instead of just their name and email.
To disconnect, use Disconnect on the same screen, or remove the app from Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps in HubSpot. Either stops all access immediately.
What moves between HubSpot and ChatTuesday, and in which direction.
oauth — required by HubSpot to establish the connection.crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.schemas.contacts.read — read the contacts a campaign sends to, and the properties available on them, so the AI can personalise each message.crm.objects.contacts.write, crm.schemas.contacts.write — log outreach activity back onto the contact, create or update contacts you import, and create the custom properties used to track it.crm.lists.read — choose an existing HubSpot list as a campaign's audience.crm.lists.write — create a list in HubSpot when you ask ChatTuesday to sync an audience back to your CRM.crm.objects.owners.read — send on behalf of the contact's owner, and attribute replies to the right person.crm.objects.deals.read, crm.schemas.deals.read — give the AI deal context so a message reflects where the relationship stands.crm.objects.deals.write — create a deal when a conversation reaches one, always proposed for your approval first.crm.objects.companies.read, crm.schemas.companies.read — company context for personalisation, and to associate a created deal with the right company.tickets — read tickets already associated with a contact, and raise one when a reply needs support rather than sales. The write permissions exist so outreach shows up in your CRM rather than happening beside it. Nothing is written without either your explicit approval or a setting you turned on yourself.

Outreach sends real messages from your domain, so the defaults are cautious.

The token was revoked or expired — usually because the app was removed in HubSpot, or a password change invalidated it. Reconnect from Outreach → Setup.
HubSpot does not add new permissions to an existing connection. If ChatTuesday asks for a scope upgrade, reconnect to grant it.
Check, in order: the campaign is not paused; its next run time has not passed; drafts are not sitting unapproved in the queue; your sender is verified; and the contacts are not opted out.
Reply handling is configured per sender. Open Integrations → Senders and check the reply status on the sender the campaign uses.
